This firm was not born from privilege or connection, but from conviction and perseverance.

In 2020, when life took an unexpected turn, we relocated to Olongapo City, where my wife, Ladylene, and I established our first law office in a modest roadside apartment. The living room served as my workspace; the rest was home. There was no comfort then; only a deep sense of duty and a commitment to practice law despite the odds.

It was a time of uncertainty, both financially and personally, but it also became a time of resolve. From that small living room, we took a risk and opened a 26-square-meter law office within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. This decision could have meant the end of our legal practice, but our perseverance carried us through.

Growth followed. We welcomed an office manager and then paralegals to our team at Tagulao and Associates. Some came and some left, yet our purpose remained unchanged: to serve clients with integrity and steadiness, regardless of the circumstances.

Today, our law office in Olongapo stands in a 140-square-meter space within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, built not from comfort but from years of endurance, consistency, and commitment to progress. It serves as a reminder that stability can emerge from uncertainty, and progress is achieved one decision at a time.
