Atty. Nestor A. Tagulao, Jr. embarked on his legal career with a deep desire to learn and impart his learnings. He became a lawyer at the young age of 24. His early professional journey included a brief tenure as Attorney II at the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), where he served as the executive secretary to both the Regional Director and Undersecretary.

With seven years of rigorous training as a litigator, Atty. Tagulao honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the legal system. He initially started his practice from his home in a residential neighborhood, later expanding to establish his own office at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone on August 3, 2023.

Atty. Tagulao chose to specialize in Real Property Law and Contracts, driven by a desire to delve into and comprehend the complexities of property systems within the legal framework. Additionally, he specializes in Commercial Law, driven by his strong advocacy for entrepreneurship, which he believes is the cornerstone of economic growth within communities.
